FractionalTalent was founded to challenge the outdated rules of traditional staffing. For decades, companies were locked into rigid models — 40-hour work weeks, long-term contracts, and expensive hires — even when the work only required targeted expertise. With more than 50 years of combined experience in technology and business leadership, Kate Lewis and Tom Mirc saw this gap clearly.
