OUR STORY

The Beginning of the Evolutionary Way

FractionalTalent was founded to challenge the outdated rules of traditional staffing. For decades, companies were locked into rigid models — 40-hour work weeks, long-term contracts, and expensive hires — even when the work only required targeted expertise. Leaders were forced to compromise between cost, speed, and quality, and too often ended up with talent that did not truly fit their needs.

With more than 50 years of combined experience in technology and business leadership, Kate Lewis and Tom Mirc saw this gap clearly. They knew the future of work had to be more flexible, more efficient, and more global. By reimagining how talent could be accessed, they built a model that empowers companies to tap into top executives and specialists in smaller increments, supported by AI and technology-driven solutions.
